WAEC GCE Maths Questions 2017 – See Waec Gce Mathematics 2017 Answers for Objectives & Essay Here.
The West African Examination Council (WAEC) GCE General Mathematics obj and theory paper will be written today Saturday, 9th September, 2017.
The General Maths (Core) 2 (Essay) paper will start by 9:30am and will last for 2hrs 30mins while the General Mathematics/ Mathematics (Core) 1 (Objective) exam will commence 2pm and will last for 1hr 30mins.

2. The diagram below is the speed–time graph of part of a train’s journey.
The train slows down uniformly from a speed of 50 m/s to a speed of 10 m/s in a time of 20 seconds.
During the next 30 seconds, it accelerates uniformly to a speed of u m/s.
(a) Calculate the deceleration from t = 0 to t = 20.
